Thuan Pham is currently a Ph.D. student in the Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) department at the University of Houston. His research focuses on applying machine learning algorithms, specifically graph neural networks, toward power system operation and optimization.

Thuan is a licensed professional engineer in Texas with 8+ years of electrical substation design experience. He is currently working as a Senior Electrical Engineer at TotalEnergies Renewable.
