Lei is currently also an Electrical Engineer with Power Storage & Microgrid team at Shell. He stayed with our group in the Fall of 2022.

Prior to Shell, he had nine years product and project development experience with several organizations in renewable energy industry. He was Lead Systems Engineer at FlexGen Power Systems, Staff Electrical Design Engineer at Toshiba International Corporation, Senior Electrical Engineer at Microvast Inc. and Power Electronics Engineer at Rhombus Energy Solutions Inc.
