Elias Raffoul received his thesis-based MS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston, Houston, TX, USA in December 2024. Elias began his MS program here in January 2023 and worked as a MS student in the RPG lab from Aug. 2023 to Dec. 2024.
