Our project entitled “Electrical Grid Congestion: Analysis, Implications and Enhancement” has been selected by NAE Grainger Foundation FOE Grant program.

Its official selection was first annouced on the NAE webpage on March 17, 2025.

The project funding is $30,000 that will be used solo to cover the salary of a graduate student who will work on this project at UH. The overload is limited to 20% of total fund. This is a collaborative project with Dow a large industry load/consumer to the power grid.
